100% Satisfaction Returns Policy

At Meleona, we want you to be completely satisfied with each and every purchase. We believe that the creation of a bridge between consumers and world jewelry designers depends on high quality products and extraordinary customer service.

How do I return an item?

Meleona wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. For online purchases, we will accept items not worn, used or damaged for a full refund as set out above. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange. We must stress that in order to receive a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all labels attached and in the original packaging.

Simply return the item or items in their original condition within 30 days of receipt back to Meleona. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred and available.

  • Please write to our Customer Care Service support@meleona.com. Please include in your e-mail your order number and Paypal ID transaction and notify us about your intentions to return the Item within 48 hours of delivery and apply for a RMC (Return Merchandise Code) code.
  • Once provided with the RMC code, please seek to return items within 7 days of the date of your return request. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Meleona, and depending on the circumstances may only be refunded as a store credit.
  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

All successfully returned items will be only credited to the account used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes, import duties or shipping charges incurred. With exchanges, your new item(s) will be shipped to you as soon as we receive your returning package and any additional payment which is required.

PLEASE NOTE: New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags. We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. Meleona is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded.

Faulty or wrong item

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. For faulty items please do not send any items back. Instead e-mail immediately our customer care department:  support@meleona.com. Make sure you inform us of your order number, daytime contact number, your name and address and your reason for the return. In the case of damaged goods be sure to explain in detail the nature of the damage. We will contact you to advice on how we will deal with the return.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Items should be returned within 30 days of receiving your Returns Merchandise Authorization number. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. For the return costumers ship the return package at their charge, using a courier of their choice. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all tags still attached.

Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Packaging and labels, should be included with your return. All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

LATE RETURNS

Returns outside these timeframes will be not accepted by Meleona. Please note that Returns Merchandise Authorization numbers requested after 30 days will also be granted at our discretion.

FORCE MAJEURE

Meleona shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
